Beijing Shengda Weiye profile bending factory/Tianjin Shengda Hongye Technology Co., Ltd. is an advanced and precision rofile bending factory in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei region . we have strong processing capacity and high industry level profile cold bending technology .

the company has 5,000 square meters factory area and also has more than 10 sets of various profile bending equipment (the maximum tensile force can reach 100 tons), 6 large-size calibration platforms (2 m *4 m) and all kinds of tools, fixtures, measuring tools, etc., and purchased a more advanced 60-ton CNC stretching and bending machine in early 2021.  We achieved a huge improvement in the processing quality and processing efficiency .  In 2012, the company obtained GB/T19001-202016/IS09001:2015 profile stretching and bending quality management system certification

The enterprise has a very professional technical team which includes 2 engineers, 4 technicians, more than 20 technical workers, they have more than 20 years work experience in the cold bending business. Most of our businesses are in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region , we also have business in Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Guizhou, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Inner Mongolia, Northeast and other places.

Shengda profile stretching and bending has three processing workshops:

I. Industrial material processing workshop:

With more than 20 years of bending industry processing experience.  For customers with high product quality requirements, they can make curved arc according to the samples to achieve customized, precision machining and other one-stop services: such as industrial automation transmission guide rail, rail car roof bending beam, window post, door post and so on.

2.  Building material processing workshop:

Focus on the special-shaped customization of excellent materials, complex section profiles, for customers with high requirements for product shape and position accuracy (such as unit curtain wall, the profiles have a larger size, more complex section, more difficult to bend molding and the requirements between the bending profiles with tight), by technical personnel design and production of fixture, then complex fine profiles can be processed.

3.special profile processing workshop:

For customers with more stringent product quality requirements, we can provide professional CNC, digital fine bending service.  The processed products are widely used in national defense industry, automobile industry, medical instruments, fine chemical industry and so on.
