Beijing Shengda Weiye Bending Company offers aluminum bending services for all long sections: bars, structural shapes, pipe and tubing. We can also roll aluminum sheet and plate into cylinders or cylinder segments.
Some aluminum sections have sharp corners with no fillet, and curving aluminum tubing requires considerable expertise. With our aluminum bending experience, we can advise which sections can be bent for optimum results.
Precision Aluminum Bending for All Grades & Tempers
Aluminum comes in a number of grades and tempers. Probably the most commonly bent aluminum is 6061 T6, which offers good formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance. 6063 T52 is often used for architectural and ornamental applications, and is highly corrosion resistant, with good formability.
Because certain grades of aluminum age-harden, we prefer to work with “fresh material” for custom aluminum bending projects.
For greater formability in the aluminum bending process, aluminum tubing can be annealed down to a zero temper.
