Bending of building materials

Unit curtain wall is a widely promoted and applied form of curtain wall processing in recent years, which has the advantages of novel shape, high processing quality, and fast construction progress. It is different from the on-site processing and production of traditional curtain walls. First, various components and decorative materials are assembled into one or more story high integral panels in the processing workshop, and then transported to the construction site for unified hoisting, which is precisely coordinated with the main building. Because of this, the profiles used in the unit curtain wall have large dimensions, complex cross-sections, are difficult to bend and form, and require tight fit between each curved profile.

After dozens of tooling designs and mold modifications, Beijing Shengda Weiye Profile Bending Factory has successfully bent the unit curtain wall profile into shape, and reduced the bending radius to within 2 meters.
