Due to their complex cross-sectional shape, they are prone to wrinkles during cold bending processing, which affects the appearance of doors and windows.

After more than ten years of work experience, Beijing Shengda Weiye Profile Bending Factory has conducted in-depth research and gradual exploration, and finally successfully solved the above problems. The minimum bending radius of the broken bridge aluminum profile has reached R=260mm, and it can be cold-formed into curved shapes with straight segments at both ends, making doors and windows look neat, smooth, and more beautiful.
