During the visit and inspection process, with the enthusiastic accompaniment of Comrade Xue Jingbo, Executive Vice General Manager, we first arrived at the civilian bending production workshop. In the processing and production workshop, there is a busy and orderly scene, with the roar of machines echoing one after another. Workers proficiently operate the CNC bending equipment, and customers closely follow the entire process of the profile from the initial state to the bending forming. The workshop staff carefully and accurately place the raw materials in the bending machine clamp to ensure that they can be stably and uniformly stressed during the bending process.

Subsequently, the precision bending equipment began to operate, and a powerful and precise pulling force gradually applied to the profile, causing it to slowly bend according to the preset curvature. During this process, the parameters of the equipment were precisely controlled, and indicators such as pulling force and speed were in optimal condition to ensure that the internal structure of the profile was not damaged. Every step is presented clearly in front of the customer, leaving no detail overlooked.

Our technicians also monitor the bending situation of the profiles in real time, and adjust the equipment parameters in a timely manner through professional measuring tools and rich experience. After the bending is completed, the profile is sent to the quality inspection area, where not only the dimensional accuracy and bending angle of the profile are accurately measured, but also the surface quality is carefully inspected to ensure that there are no defects such as cracks or deformations.
